How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Ruxi Chat app or by contacting us via email.

Option A — From the App

Open the Ruxi Chat app and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings (gear icon).
Scroll down to the Account section and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion by typing DELETE in the confirmation dialog.
Your account, data, and any active subscriptions will be permanently deleted and cancelled.

Option B — Via Email

Send an email to support@ruxi.ai with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is affected:

Skin analysis results	Deleted
Usage and analytics data	Deleted
Active Stripe subscription	Cancelled
Subscription and payment records	Retained*

* Subscription & payment records are retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations and tax compliance. These records are managed by our payment processor (Stripe) and do not contain chat history or personal health data.

Active subscriptions are automatically cancelled in Stripe when your account is deleted. No further charges will be made.

Retention Period

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your personal data, chat history, and analysis results are deleted immediately upon confirmation. There is no recovery period.

Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for service improvement purposes.
