Ruxi Chat — AI Skin Analysis

1. Introduction

Ege Digital Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the Ruxi Chat mobile application and the website at chat.ruxi.ai (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains, comprehensively, what personal information we access, collect, use, share, and store, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Data We Collect, Access, and Process

The table below lists every category of data the Service may access or collect, why we use it, whether it is stored on our servers, and which third parties (if any) receive it.

3. Location Data — Explicit Disclosure

Precise (GPS) location: The Ruxi Chat app does NOT request, access, collect, use, or share precise device location (GPS / ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION / Core Location). The app declares no location permissions in its Android manifest or iOS Info.plist.

Approximate location: Like virtually all internet services, our infrastructure providers (Firebase / Google Cloud, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play) automatically receive your IP address when your device communicates with them, and may infer an approximate region (typically country or city level) from that IP for security, fraud prevention, regional pricing, tax, and standard server logging. We do NOT use this approximate location for advertising, profiling, or tracking, and we do not store it in user-identifiable form on our own servers beyond standard short-term provider logs.

Background location: The app never accesses location in the background. It has no background-location capability of any kind.

5. Image Privacy — Important

Photos you submit for analysis are never stored on our servers or in any database:

  1. The image is processed locally on your device (resized and base64-encoded).
  2. It is sent over HTTPS to the Ruxi AI API for real-time analysis only.
  3. Only the textual analysis result is returned and saved in your chat history.
  4. The original image data is immediately discarded by the server.
  5. The image remains only on your device.

We have no ability to access, view, or recover your images after analysis is complete.

5a. Face Data — Not Collected

Ruxi Chat does not collect, generate, store, or share face templates, face geometry, faceprints, biometric identifiers, or any other biometric information within the meaning of Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2, GDPR Article 9, BIPA, CCPA, or similar laws.

When you upload a selfie, the photo is sent to the Ruxi AI service (operated by Ege Digital Ltd, processed by Google Gemini) solely to evaluate cosmetic skin features (wrinkles, acne, pores, pigmentation, texture). The service:

Face data retention period: zero — the image is never persisted on Ruxi or AI provider servers; only on your device.

5b. Third-Party AI Service — What We Send and to Whom

When you tap "Analyze" or send a chat message, the following data leaves your device and is sent to the Ruxi AI API operated by Ege Digital Ltd, which uses Google Gemini for processing:

We do not send your name, email, contact list, location, device identifiers, browsing history, or any other personal data to the AI service.

You must explicitly grant consent inside the app the first time you use AI features, and you can revoke consent at any time from Settings → AI data sharing. Without consent, the AI features are unavailable, but the rest of the app continues to work. Ege Digital Ltd and Google have signed appropriate data-processing terms; the AI provider does not retain or train on your submitted content.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
