1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ruxi Chat (the "Service"), operated by Ege Digital Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Medical Advice

Ruxi Chat provides AI-generated information about skin appearance and general skincare. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe (web) and auto-renew until canceled.
You can cancel anytime through your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds are governed by the applicable store's policies and applicable consumer-protection law.
Free-trial and plan quotas (image analyses and chat messages per day) are described in the app and may be updated.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not upload images of other people without their consent.
Do not upload illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Images are not retained on our servers (see Privacy Policy).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ege Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on the Service's output.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account at chat.ruxi.ai/delete-account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
